Carolyn Ann Marchetti

Carolyn Harder Marchetti, 50, of Eagles Nest Road, Hurley, a 5th generation Hurley resident, passed away on Saturday July 21, after her courageous battle with cancer.




Carolyn was a caring, selfless person; she loved everyone and touched all that knew her.




Born August 7, 1961 in Kingston, she was the daughter of Arthur R. and Emily J. Harder, wife of Andrew A. Marchetti whom she married December 31, 1985. In addition, she is survived by her two sons Adam and Nicholas, "daughter" Taryn Winne, sister Jean McGuire and her husband Vern, sister Jane Beechert and her husband Gerry, brother A.J. Harder and his wife Tracey, as well as nieces, nephews and dear friends.




Entrusted to the care of Eric Keyser, A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave, Kingston, the family will share memories with friends on Tuesday from 6 - 8 pm.




Her funeral service will be at the Hurley Reformed Church on Wednesday at 11 am. with Rev. Charles Stickley, officiating. Burial will be in Hurley Cemetery.




The family suggests in lieu of flowers a memorial contribution be made to a charity of your choice.
