Beverly Lisan Segall, died on March 29, 2012 in Rhinebeck, NY.
She was a chemical engineer, as well as a pioneer and executive in the field of biomedical electronics, particularly electrical brain and nerve stimulation devices. She was elected to the Hunter College Hall of Fame and was a longtime devoted member of the PEIR program at Hofstra University.
She was the very most awesome mother to Dr. Franklin Segall and to sculptor, Madeleine Segall-Marx, as well as loving grandmother to Orian, Eden, llana and Erica.
