Betty Lou (Hughes) Storti, 53, of Kingston, passed away Monday, December 8, 2014. She was born July 18, 1961 in Paterson, New Jersey to the Betty (Lovelady) and the late James Hughes
She is survived by her husband, Anthony Storti of Kingston, her daughters, Holly Kraft and her husband Kevin Kraft of Kingston and their children, Jaco, Bailey, McKenna and Averly; Paula Corneilson of Kingston and her children Ariel, Nekayba, Alana, Amara and Nayla; and her son Justin Corneilson and his wife Annie Corneilson of Cabot, Arkansas and their children Erin, Taylor and Trinity.
Betty is also survived by her 5 siblings, James Hughes and his wife Judith of Hawthorne New Jersey, Richard Hughes and his wife Lorraine of Marlton, New Jersey , Colleen Lembo and her husband Joseph of Flemington New Jersey, Pamela Farinick and her husband Bruce of Parlin New Jersey and Patrick Hughes of Burlington, Vermont. She had 14 nieces and nephews and 9 great nieces and nephews
Betty was a loving and caring daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, wife and friend. Anyone that knew her loved her for so many reasons. She had a heart of gold. She loved to laugh uncontrollably at silly things. She had the ability and talent make anyone around her laugh, even in the middle of chaos.
Betty graduated from Passaic County Votech in Wayne, New Jersey. She received an Associates Degree in Business from Montgomery County Community College in Norristown, Pennsylvania. She also worked as a secretary for the Salvation Army in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
Entrusted to the care of A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave, Kingston, where friends and family may visit on Sunday December 14th from 2 - 3:30 with a memorial service at 3:30pm
