Barbara Lynn Coddington

Barbara Lynn Coddington, 50, of Hurley, passed peacefully Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Westchester Medical Center, Mt. Pleasant, NY. She was born September 25, 1964 in Kingston and grew up in Tillson. Barbara was a graduate of Kingston High School, class of 1982.


For many years she had been employed by the Town of New Paltz. Water and Sewer Department. She enjoyed sports, traveling, cooking, her home and her two loving dogs Maddy and Ally.


She was the loving daughter of Donald and Margaret "Peggy" Moyer, dear friend of Judy Smith and her entire family, sister of Richard M. Coddington and his partner Dawn Sweet, Scott G. Moyer and his wife Julie, Amy Saehloff and her husband Paul and Debby Oakley and her husband Rick, five nieces, two nephews, several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her father Richard M. Coddington.


The family suggests, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Red Cross, 21 O'Neil Street, Kingston, NY 12401.
