Arthur ''Mickey'' Dugan, 51, passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2012.

He was born March 23, 1961 in Kingston, to the late James Dugan and Mary Russo.

Mickey is survived by his children; Michael Dugan of Morehead City, NC, Mary Dugan and her fiancée Clayton Shocklee of Saugerties, Nicole Dugan of Saugerties, Sheri Dugan of Morehead City, NC, Lisa Dugan of Morehead City, NC and Stephanie Dugan of Tannersville, and his siblings, Mary Lou, Clair, Sharron, Jimmy, Billy and Kevin.

Entrusted to the care of Luke Keyser of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc., 326 Albany Ave., Kingston, where friends may call on Friday August 17th from 5 to 7pm.
