Arthur H. Clearwater

Kingston- Arthur H. Clearwater, of Yosman Towers and formerly of MarCott Road, Marbletown died Wednesday, May 26, 2004 at home. He was 91. He was born December 18, 1912 in Marbletown, a son of the late George and Matilda Benjamin Clearwater. He served in the Army Air Corp during WW II. He worked on area farms as a young man and later worked as an automobile mechanic and in maintenance at Ulster County Community College. He was married to Marguerite O’Marra Clearwater who died May 8, 1989. Four brothers, John Thomas, Luke, James H. and Munson died previously. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 12:00 noon at North Marbletown Cemetery.
