Anneliese Woodworth, 91, of Lake Katrine, died Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Ten Broeck Commons.
Born in Kassel, Germany, she was a daughter of the late Christian & Luise Lien Fiege. Anneliese liked to gamble, shop, eat out at restaurants, and watch QVC, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
Anneliese is survived by four children, Evelin Beesmer of Kingston, Sylvia Donaldson and her Husband, David of Kingston, George “Clem” Woodworth of Kingston and Susan Myers of Saugerties. Several grandchildren, great grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren also survive.
In addition to her parents, Anneliese was predeceased by her husband, George L. Woodworth, whom she married in 1947, two children, Louise Ann Beesmer and Peter R. Woodworth.
Anneliese will be reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor David Brechter, officiating.
Interment will follow in Wiltwyck Cemetery.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to a charity of ones choice in the name of Anneliese.
