Anna A. Finch

Anna A. Finch, formerly of Emerick St., died Tuesday, November 08, 2005 at Golden Hill Health Care Center. She was 75. She was born January 7, 1930 in Kingston, a daughter of the late Frank A. and Anna Carl Barnes. For many years, she was a seamstress at the former Jacobson Shirt Factory in Kingston and also worked as a school crossing guard and retired from Servicemaster. She was a member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church. Her husband, John B. Finch died December 9, 2002. Beloved wife of the late John B. Finch and mother of Barry Finch and his wife Jeanette, Debbie Long and her husband Frank, Leah Ann Harp and her husband Randy; sister of Margaret Clearwater, Emma Sheridan, William Barnes and the late Frank Barnes II. Ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews also survive. Reposing at the Simpson – Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston on Wednesday from 2 –4 & 7 – 9 pm. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 12:00 noon at the funeral home by Fr. Frank Wallner. Interment will follow in Mt. Marion Cemetery.
