Angelo A. DeGregoria, Jr., 57 a lifelong resident of Kingston, died Sunday, August 26, 2012 at Kingston Hospital.
Born in Kingston, he was the son of the late Angelo A. & Katherine Amorosi DeGregoria, Sr.
He owned and operated Ang's Detailing Service in Kingston and was a former employee of Shop Rite, where he worked in the Deli/Meat department for over 30 years. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph's Church and a member of the St. Mary's Benevolent Society. Angelo enjoyed golfing, bowling, hunting and was a New York Yankee fan.
Angelo is survived by his sister, Dolores M. DeGregoria of Kingston, with whom he resided, a cousin, JoAnn Shorter and her husband James of Marlboro and several cousins. He is also survived by his dog Whiskey, whom he adored.
Reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral procession will form on Wednesday at the funeral home at 9:00 AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Church at 10:00 AM.
Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
