Ana L. Brown of Chestnut Hills died Saturday, September 26, 2008 at Kingston Hospital. She was 95.
She was born July 15, 1913 in Sibambe, Ecuador a daughter of the late Alberto and hortencia Serrano Brown.
A housewife, she resided in High Falls for the past seven years and previously resided in Elmont for twenty years. She enjoyed sewing and reading.
Surviving are two sons, Jorge Johnson Brown of Amityville and Silvio Johnson Brown of Ecuador; two daughters, Myrna Johnson of High Falls and Mercedes Kelly of Franklin Square; one brother, Alfredo Brown and two sisters, Rosa Brown-Guerra and Berta Brown-Bedran all of Ecuador. Six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Cremation was private. Arrangements are by Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston.
