Alfred ''U.B.'' Brown, 79, of High Falls, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Kingston Hospital. He was born April 25, 1934 in Brooklyn, to the late Alfred and Margaret (DeMelfi) Brown.
He was married to his loving wife of 55 years, Virginia "Ginger" Brown.
Al worked as a Recording Engineer for many major music labels and later went on to work as a Camera Man at the United Nations where he traveled to the Middle East and Central America with Secretary-General, Kofi Annan.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Gregory Brown and his wife, Jane, of Accord, their children, Michael, Jillian, and Justin, his daughter, Lori Brown-DuBord of Kingston, her children, Dylan, Daniell, Nicole, and Lauren. Grandpa was greeted in Heaven with open arms by his granddaughter, Baby Bonnie.
Entrusted to the care of Luke Keyser of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston, where calling hours start on Sunday November 17th at 4pm. A memorial service will follow beginning at 7pm.
