Alexandra (בת-שבע בת זכריה ובתיה) Koblova, 81 of Brooklyn, NY died Saturday March 6, 2021 in Woodstock, NY.

Born in Vinnytsia, Ukraine she was the daughter of the late Zurich Lipov & Betya Shulyatskaya.

Alexandra is survived by her two sons, Nik Koblov and his wife Liza Logounova, of Willow, NY, and Mikhail Koblov and his wife Natascha, of Brooklyn, NY. Two grandchildren, Slava and Lara and by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to Alexandra’s parents she is predeceased by her husband Alexander of 66 years who passed away in 2008. Three siblings, Mikhail Lipov, Clara Papirova and Anatoly Lipov.

An open air graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 1pm at The Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn, NY, with no limit on the number of visitors. Normal COVID precautions of mask wearing and social distancing apply. Visitors should arrive at 12:45pm at the main gate at 25th Street and 5th Avenue. They will receive the map with the directions to the site where the ceremony will start at 1pm sharp at Lot 46022, Plan C, Section 8.

Simpson-Hammerl Funeral Home is honored to assist the family of Alexandra with the arrangements.

The family will sit shiva at Nik Koblov’s home in Brooklyn, NY from Tuesday, March 9th through Thursday, March 11th with visiting hours of 4pm to 7pm. Friday, March 12th with visiting hours from 1pm to 4pm, and Sunday, March 14th with visiting hours 4pm to 7pm.
