Adolfo Lunski

Adolfo Lunski of Sunny Brook Circle, Highland died Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Vassar Brothers Hospital. He was 83. He was born in Bialystok, Poland on July 31, 1924, a son of the late Jacob and Anna Kahan Lunski. Mr. Lunski served in the Polish Army during WW II. He married Rose Baran on September 18, 1948. A lumber merchant in Argentina, Mr. Lunski immigrated to this county 18 years ago. A Highland resident since 1990 he belonged to the Highland Cultural Center. Surviving in addition to his wife are one son Roberto Lunski of Highland; one granddaughter Jimena Castria. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 10:00 AM at Temple Emanuel, Rabbi Yael Romer will officiate. Interment will be in Montrepose Cemetery.
